This policy explains how Honest-T Insurance Services LLC ("Honest-T," "we," "us") handles information you share with us through this website, by phone, by text message, or by email. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
When you fill out our quote form or contact us, we collect what you choose to give us — for example your name, business or organization name, email, phone number, city, the type of care or service you provide, basic details about your operation and current insurance, and anything you write in the message box. If you check the text-message box, we also record that you agreed to receive texts. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, understand your insurance needs, prepare and shop quotes, service any coverage you place with us, and keep records required of a licensed insurance agency. If you agreed to texts, we use your mobile number to text you about your inquiry — quote follow-ups, scheduling, document requests, and service questions.
Who we share it with
We share your information only as needed to do the work you asked for:
- Insurance companies and wholesale brokers we approach for a quote or to place and service your coverage.
- Service providers that run our business tools — for example our website host, our customer-records system, our email, and our phone and texting service. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it — for example to respond to a regulator, a court order, or to protect against fraud.
We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our texts.

How we protect it
We use reputable, access-controlled business systems, keep access limited to the people who need it, and keep information only as long as we need it to serve you or as the law requires. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Children
This website is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
