These terms apply to your use of honest-tinsurance.com and our text-message program, run by Honest-T Insurance Services LLC ("Honest-T," "we," "us"), a Utah insurance agency (agency license #1135538). By using this site or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.

Information, not a policy

This website gives general information about insurance in plain English. It is not a policy, a quote, or a promise of coverage, and it does not replace the actual policy language. Every policy has its own terms, conditions, and exclusions. Submitting a form, calling, texting, or emailing us does not bind, change, or cancel any coverage. Coverage is subject to the insurer's approval and policy terms, and nothing is bound until the insurer confirms it in writing.

Text-message (SMS) program

• Program: Honest-T Insurance Services LLC sends conversational texts to people who contacted us or requested a quote — quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling, document requests, and policy or service questions.
• Opting in: You opt in by checking the text-message box on our quote form, or by agreeing to texts when you speak with us. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of getting a quote or buying anything.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or call (470) 466-3788 or email [email protected].
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Using this site

Please give us accurate information and use the site only for lawful purposes. We may update the site or these terms at any time; the version posted here is the current one.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Honest-T is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its general information.
